Yellow (D1)
Session Dates: April 13th, 2026 – August 1st, 2026

The Yellow group focuses on fostering a love for swimming while teaching foundational skills such as kicking, freestyle, and backstroke. Swimmers will also learn basic swimming terminology, drills, safety protocols, ready position, and lane etiquette. This stage is essential for building the lane skills needed for future competitive swimming.
Requirements: Swimmers should be able to swim one length of the pool independently doing freestyle & backstrokes, without assistance or flotation devices.
